Support

We believe that support means more than simply being there for you when something goes wrong. It means being here to support you and your business as it grows and develops.

Alongside technical support for the solutions we provide, we also oversee the day-to-day administration of those services. All of the support packages we offer can be adapted to various levels of technical and business support to provide exactly what your business is looking for.

Adhoc

Only pay for the support time you require, as and when you need it – no minimum-term contract, no commitments.

Support is available weekdays, 8am – 5pm.

Standard

Receive a set number of support hours, based on the services that have been supplied and the number of users you have. Additional hours can be purchased should they be required.

User Portal

We provide a dedicated portal where you can log support requests, see the current status of a ticket, access our knowledge base and contact us directly as and when required.

**All support agreements with the exception of Adhoc are subject to a minimum term of 12 months. Support cover provided is dependant upon services purchased through GNU Consulting Ltd. All support agreements subject to contract and terms and conditions.

GNU Consulting Ltd are not able to provide a hardware support or repair service, except for where we have provided the hardware, and then only to the extent of the warranty in our terms and conditions.**
